Sales Assistant

• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers


• Respond to client emails quickly and professionally


• Build and send out estimates using HubSpot and internal tools


• Manage the Sales Lead’s email, schedule, and task flow


• Assist with customer pickups and general front-office support


• Help coordinate projects and timelines with other team members


• Handle day-to-day tasks independently after receiving direction

• Are detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and adaptable


• Thrive in fluid, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities


• Ask smart questions, then take ownership and problem-solve


• Are happy, self-aware, and not afraid to make (and learn from) mistakes


• Know how to follow through on instructions — and make it stick

• HubSpot (for estimates and CRM)


• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)


• Slack (internal communication)

• Recent grads or career switchers welcome


• Experience in events, construction, customer service, or creative production a plus


• Exposure to signage, design, or print industries is a bonus — not required
