Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our sales department, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing client accounts, and helping drive overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Maintain and update client records and sales databases

• Coordinate meetings, prepare sales materials, and follow up with clients

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product or service information

• Process orders and manage sales documentation

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

• Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
