Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The Sales Assistant will support our sales operations by providing administrative and customer service support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and agents alike.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives in day-to-day operations and client follow-ups

• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with prospective clients

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Prepare sales reports and documentation

• Answer inquiries regarding property listings, availability, and pricing

• Support marketing and promotional efforts related to property listings

• Ensure timely communication between clients, agents, and internal departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus

• Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or real estate is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
