ROLE SUMMARY

Assists the Sales Consultant through face to face or digital interaction with purchasing or leasing new or pre-owned vehicles.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

• Represent #1 Cochran through Standards of Value
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
• Understand forecasted goals and levels for individuals & team achievement 
• Understands and demonstrates proper usage of #1 Cochran Sales Process
• Begin to communicate with customers online and via telephone - minimal
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Verify customer insurance coverage
• Complete and prepare paperwork for Finance & Sales Managers
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
