Sales Assistant

Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group is searching for a Sales Assistant who is eager to learn and assist the sales department. If you’re looking for the opportunity to familiarize yourself with automotive sales, you’ve come to the right place with the Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group!

This position will aid the General Sales Manager and Sales Managers in the following ways:

• Assisting our Sales Managers and General Sales Manager in data entry and administrative related tasks
• Organize and mail correspondence
• Assist the General Sales Manager and other Sales Managers with scheduling
• Scanning, emailing, and filing important documents
• Taking incoming phone calls, and answering questions or redirecting customers
• Maintain customer satisfaction through follow ups or appointment-related concerns
• Monitor and track customer satisfaction
• Entering or modifying data in various sales systems
• Direct customers to certain products and staff

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid, unsuspended driver’s license
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• (Preferred, not required) Experience with sales software such as VINSolutions, VAuto, and Reynolds & Reynolds
• (Preferred, not required) Experience with automotive sales
