Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago 

Pay: $20/HR + additional monthly incentives!



Schedule (Must be able to work the hours listed): 

• Monday: 1:00PM-9:00PM
• Tuesday: 1:00PM-9:00PM
• Wednesday: 9:00AM-8:00PM
• Thursday: 9:00AM-3:00PM
• Saturday: 8:45AM-5:00PM

Join our team at Berman Subaru as a Sales Assistant- a role focused on loan processing, finance support, and delivering exceptional post-sale service. In this position, you'll support the dealership by processing purchase documents, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and satisfying ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Processing: Finalize all deal paperwork, verify accuracy, and submit completed documents for funding. Monitor lender approvals and resolve discrepancies to ensure smooth and timely funding.
• Customer Experience Support: Follow up with sold customers to offer protection products and reach out to service clients with expiring warranties.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, support sales/finance teams, and handle CRM follow-ups including scheduling internet/phone/showroom-sourced appointments.

• Previous experience in finance, automotive loan processing, BDC, or a similar dealership customer service/sales role is required
• Dealership experience, preferred 
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and document processing
• Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience
