Position: Sales Assistant

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales department by assisting in various tasks that will contribute to the overall success of the company. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the key point of contact for customers and prospects, helping to facilitate smooth transactions and ensuring a positive customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and activities.


• Prepare and organize sales reports and presentations for team meetings.


• Manage customer inquiries and provide product information effectively.


• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.


• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls with clients.


• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and quotes for potential clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field is a plus.


• Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role is preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
