Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan is a third-generation, family-owned dealership that has proudly served the Pawleys Island community and surrounding areas for over 46 years! We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is designed to support our entire sales department and provide the foundation for a successful future sales career. We offer a competitive compensation structure and the work-life balance you’ve been looking for. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the automotive business from the ground up with the goal of progressing into a Sales Professional position.
Base Pay: Up to $3,000 per month base salary
Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities based performance

Customer Engagement: Greet showroom customers, set appointments, and send personalized welcome messages/follow-ups.
Communication: Handle outbound/inbound calls, emails, texts, and personalized videos.
Digital Management: Manage customer info within the CRM and take high-quality photos/videos of vehicles for marketing.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and move vehicles for deliveries or display needs.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
