We are looking for a Sales Associate to focus on generating new sales and clients for our innovative cloud communication and IT solutions.
Sales Associate is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by generating new customers, conducts necessary calls and presentations to meet their business needs. The Sales Associate supports our vision by processing sales orders, assisting with inquiries, and overseeing various administration within assigned accounts. The Sales Associate role is a foundational position in which the skills and desired characteristics for professional growth within Dynamix are developed.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and new customers in selling Dynamix Products and Services.
Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and recommend solutions
Demonstrates high energy and ownership toward supporting the Sales Team and their corresponding accounts.
Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g., pricing, product information, representation information, etc.)
Identify new SMB sales opportunities through market research, lead generation and networking
Works with Business Development Executive to provide customer quotes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within SMB organizations
Accurately processes Sales Orders and Trial Accounts via Salesforce.
Responds to all communications and inquires within specified guidelines
Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
Ensures all sales orders reflect accurate currency amount in relation to any foreign currency or updated exchange rates
Process and follow up on trial/demo accounts
Assists in order entry for leads or special events as needed
Assists with other sales projects as needed
Promotes our Dynamix Culture in all interaction
Skills Required:
Preferably, 1-3 yrs. Inside sales experience
Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate business communication skills (Verbal and written, and engages in a consultative type of discussions
Follow directions and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Stress and time management skills
Analytical and mathematical aptitude
Project management skills and strong attention to detail
