What You’ll Do

• Deliver top-notch customer service that aligns with Big Brand Tire & Service's core values.
• Understand customer automotive needs and recommend services that exceed manufacturer recommendations and customer expectations.
• Handle sales-related tasks, including creating invoices, managing inventory, and completing paperwork.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and teammates.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• A positive, results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexible availability to support our customers and team.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 points on your DMV K4 report).

Preferred but Not Required:

• Prior customer service or sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
