As a Sales Associate, you will be key in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression, thereby fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. You'll engage with customers, provide detailed product information, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage effectively with our clientele to build rapport and understand their needs.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain both new and existing customers.
• Offer detailed and accurate product information, including features, benefits, and uses.
• Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and confidence in our products.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash or card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
• Stay updated on product information and promotions.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Gather and report customer feedback.

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role in Waco, TX.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
