KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive New Member Acquisition:

• Execute outbound calling campaigns
• Convert leads into booked intro sessions
• Conduct compelling facility tours
• Close high-value membership packages

Lead Generation & Marketing:

• Implement local marketing initiatives
• Build strategic community partnerships
• Represent StretchLab at events and expos
• Develop referral networks

Sales Process Management:

• Utilize MindBody software for lead tracking
• Maintain detailed prospect database
• Execute follow-up strategies
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
