About the Role

Were looking for an energetic and personable Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of Club Pilates San Jose. In this vital position, you will connect prospective members to the transformative power of Pilates, guide them through our offerings, and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

What You'll Do

• Be the Brand: Represent Club Pilates with authenticity and enthusiasm, embodying our core values of wellness, connection, and empowerment.
• Engage & Educate: Connect with prospects via phone, text, email, and in-person to introduce them to Pilates and our studio community.
• Tour & Inspire: Lead personalized studio tours, answer questions, and help new members feel confident and excited to start their Pilates journey.
• Drive Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by booking appointments, closing memberships, and promoting additional offerings with integrity.
• Follow Up & Retain: Maintain regular contact with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage membership retention.
• Community Outreach: Represent Club Pilates at local wellness events, pop-ups, and festivals to boost brand awareness and studio growth.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front desk duties, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a positive, motivating atmosphere where everyone thrives.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (fitness industry experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and KPIs
• Friendly, confident, and engaging communicator (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Quick learner, comfortable with membership software (ClubReady experience is a bonus)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and insurance
• Calm, clear-headed problem solver with excellent reasoning skills
