Sales Associate

We are hiring a Retail Associate to focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. The Retail Associate responsible for becoming the customer support expert as you work with to create personalized solutions. Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with your customers. Daily Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customer inquiries
• Meet customer needs by assisting as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions
• Articulate current promotional events
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other KPIs set by management
• Assist customers in finding the best product options
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales
• Use an iPad for all training, transactions, etc.
   

Retail Associate Job Requirements:

• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Demonstrated communication skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Must be capable of lifting objects up to fifteen pounds
• Reliable transportation to Cincinnati, OH
