This role is vital to our operations, as you will be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them discover the unique experience that Rumble offers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving membership sales and promoting our boxing and fitness classes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential members by providing them with information about Rumble's unique fitness offerings and membership options.

- Conduct tours of the facility and demonstrate the benefits of our boxing-inspired workouts.

- Manage inquiries and follow up with potential leads to convert them into active members.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and gym environment.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and member engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for fitness and wellness.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
