Our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions help people move better, feel better, and live better, whether they're athletes, desk workers, seniors, or weekend warriors. We're not just a wellness studio, we're a movement, and we're looking for a high-energy Sales Associate who's excited to be part of it.

What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate at StretchLab, you're the first impression and the heartbeat of the studio. You'll be responsible for converting curiosity into commitment and making sure every guest feels valued, heard, and excited to return.
Sales & Membership Growth
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads, reconnect with past clients, and fill intro stretch appointments
Guide prospects through studio tours and first-time sessions with energy and confidence
Close membership and package sales by focusing on the value of the service, not just the price
Overcome common objections with empathy, professionalism, and positivity
Upsell retail products and upgraded services that support client goals
Client Experience & Studio Operations
Create a warm, inviting experience for first-timers and returning members alike
Handle multiple priorities at once, checking in guests, answering phones, booking sessions, and supporting team operations
Address studio needs quickly, whether it's a printer jam, low supplies, or assisting a delayed Flexologist
Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front desk and lobby area
Use systems like ClubReady (or similar CRM) to manage leads, track follow-ups, and keep your pipeline full
Community & Marketing Support
Assist with social media content, marketing initiatives, and local outreach to bring new leads into the studio
Represent the StretchLab brand with professionalism and passion, both in and out of the studio
Who You Are
You have sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based role (gym, spa, salon, boutique studio, etc.)
You're comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and following a structured sales process
You're organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRM or scheduling platforms
You're a natural rapport-builder, especially with people who may be new to assisted stretching or wellness services
You're proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrive when given ownership of your goals
You're available at least one weekend day and have 20-25 hours per week of availability
You live locally or have a reliable commute to the studio
You're motivated by performance-based incentives and enjoy earning commission
