About the Role:
Join Generator Supercenter of Jackson as a Sales Associate, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the generator industry. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping customers find the perfect power solutions for their needs.




Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable generator solutions.

  • Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries effectively.

  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise.

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Able to drive personal vehicle, up to 100 miles

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or home improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Basic knowledge of generators and power solutions is advantageous.

  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $300.00 - $600.00 per day
