Our local studio in Short Pump, VA is on a mission to help people feel their best through movement, and were looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate whos ready to be the heart of our front desk and the engine behind our studio growth.

You understand that every phone call, text, and tour is a chance to help someone change their lifeand you treat it that way.

What Youll Do

• Drive Membership Growth
  Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads, former clients, and new prospects to introduce them to the Pure Barre experience and encourage membership sign-ups.

• Lead Tours & First-Class Experiences
  Greet every visitor like a VIP. Give engaging studio tours, answer questions, and turn first-timers into committed members.

• Foster Community
  Build real relationships with clients before and after class, assist with local events, and be a key part of maintaining our welcoming studio culture.

• Handle Objections with Care
  Address concerns about price, time, or confidence with empathyguiding prospects back to their goals and showing them how Pure Barre Short Pump can help.

• Collaborate Across the Team
  Work alongside the Studio Manager, instructors, and marketing team to create seamless, high-quality experiences that keep our studio thriving.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio sales (Pure Barre or barre knowledge is a big plus!)

• Strong communication skills with a naturally outgoing, approachable personality

• Proven ability to meet outreach and conversion goals

• Confidence on the phone and a willingness to make high-volume outbound calls

• Passion for health, movement, and helping others

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
