What Youll Do as a Sales Associate in Andalucía

Youll be the welcoming face and voice of StretchLab Andalucía, providing a world-class experience from the very first conversation to the first stretch. Your role is to connect with people, guide them on their wellness journey, and turn interest into membership commitment.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Make 50+ daily outbound calls to connect with new leads and follow up with past prospects

• Lead high-energy studio tours and intro stretch sessions that inform, inspire, and engage

• Confidently close membership and package sales by focusing on long-term resultsnot just price

• Handle objections with empathy and confidence, positioning StretchLab as a must-have part of a healthy lifestyle

• Promote retail products and upgraded services tailored to support individual mobility, recovery, and performance goals

Client Experience & Studio Operations

• Deliver an exceptional, personal experience to each guestfrom Málaga to Marbella

• Manage studio check-ins, calls, bookings, and service issues with a calm, professional approach

• Collaborate closely with Flexologists and managers to ensure the studio runs smoothly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

• Use tools like ClubReady or similar CRM software to manage lead tracking, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Represent StretchLab at local wellness fairs, outdoor markets, and community events across Andalucía

• Contribute to social media content and studio marketing initiatives that drive local awareness and engagement

• Be a visible ambassador for StretchLabwhether youre in the studio, at an event, or simply out in the community

Who You Are

• You have experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (e.g. gyms, studios, spas, physiotherapy clinics, or personal training)

• Youre energized by connecting with othersespecially over the phone and in person

• Youre a confident closer who believes in the benefits of assisted stretching and holistic wellness

• You bring warmth, authenticity, and emotional intelligence to every interaction

• You're organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools

• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference

• You're available to work at least 2025 hours per week, including one weekend day
