What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Norwood, youre the first impression, the friendly voice, and the connector between clients and life-changing results. From the initial call to the first stretch, youll guide potential members through the experience with knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Make 50+ daily outbound calls to connect with new leads and re-engage past prospects

• Deliver dynamic, high-energy studio tours and intro stretch sessions

• Confidently close memberships and packages by focusing on long-term wellness outcomes

• Address objections with empathy and insight, showing why StretchLab is a must-have part of any wellness routine

• Upsell relevant retail products and services that enhance mobility, recovery, and performance

Client Experience & Studio Operations

• Create a warm, polished, and personal experience for every guestfrom Norwood and surrounding communities

• Handle front desk tasks like check-ins, phone calls, bookings, and follow-ups

• Collaborate with Flexologists and studio managers to ensure smooth studio flow

• Keep the studio lobby clean, organized, and always guest-ready

• Use tools like ClubReady (or similar CRM) to manage leads, log interactions, and track your sales performance

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Support local health fairs, community events, and open houses to grow awareness in the Norwood area

• Contribute to social media and in-studio marketing to attract new clients

• Be a visible StretchLab Norwood brand ambassador, representing our mission with pride and professionalism

Who You Are

• You have experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (e.g., gyms, spas, chiropractic clinics, personal training, medspas)

• You're comfortable with outbound calling, lead follow-up, and confident sales conversations

• You're a natural relationship builder who believes in the power of wellness

• You have strong emotional intelligence, clear communication skills, and a people-first mindset

• Youre organized, results-driven, and comfortable using tech and CRM tools

• You love being part of a fast-moving, team-oriented studio where your work is valued

• Youre available at least 2025 hours per week, including 1 weekend day
