Sales Associate

• Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner
• Actively listen to customers' needs and recommend the most suitable audio equipment for their needs
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and any other inquiries they may have
• Process sales transactions and ensure accuracy of pricing and inventory
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the store manager
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the audio/electronics industry
• Strong knowledge and passion for audio equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
