What Youll Do

• Drive Membership Sales: Make 50+ outbound calls daily to leads and prospects to generate new memberships.

• Overcome Objections: Confidently address client concerns and guide them toward becoming long-term members.

• Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Provide top-tier customer service to every guestwhether in-person, over the phone, or online.

• Follow Up Consistently: Manage a pipeline of leads, track communication, and nurture relationships until the sale closes.

• Represent Wellness with Passion: Share the benefits of infrared and red-light therapy with authenticity and enthusiasm.

• Team Collaboration: Support studio goals, assist with events, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.

Who You Are

• Experienced in fitness, wellness, or membership sales with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.

• Confident communicatoryou shine on the phone and in person.

• Driven, competitive, and motivated by both personal goals and team success.

• Skilled at handling objections and closing deals.

• Customer-service minded with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
