What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, answering questions and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager by selling a minimum number of vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Explain product performance, features, and benefits, and present optional equipment to customers

  
  


• 
  

  Understand each customer’s unique vehicle needs through thoughtful questions and attentive listening

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities to improve efficiency and plan effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Offer test drives to prospects, ensuring proper identification and following dealership procedures

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous experience in automotive sales preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Outstanding customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player

  Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  Ability to pass background check and drug screening
