Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions to meet those needs
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers
- Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and finalize sales transactions
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient sales process
- Attend regular training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

-A great attitude and desire to win!

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
