Compensation: $17 $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 15 hours per week | Saturday availability required

Our Rohnert Park studio is proud to serve the Sonoma County community by providing high-quality Pilates classes in a friendly, inclusive, and uplifting environment. We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate who loves connecting with people and helping them discover the benefits of Pilates.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for guests and members, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in shaping the Club Pilates experience. This position focuses on building relationships, growing membership sales, and maintaining smooth studio operations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and motivated by creating a positive impact on others health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through phone calls, lead follow-up, and in-person consultations.

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests and members.

• Manage daily front desk tasks such as answering phones, booking classes, and processing payments.

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Share the benefits of Pilates and how Club Pilates supports each client's goals.

• Participate in community events and outreach to generate leads and brand awareness.

• Support the Studio Manager and instructors with daily operations and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required; boutique fitness or membership sales preferred.

• Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making calls, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others live better.

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Must be available to work Saturdays and select weekday shifts.
