About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first face members and guests see when they walk into the studio. You'll play a vital role in driving membership sales, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly day to day. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through lead follow-up, phone outreach, and in-studio consultations.

• Provide a professional, warm, and welcoming experience for all members and prospects.

• Manage multiple tasks at once, including answering phones, assisting clients, scheduling classes, and processing transactions.

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting at all times.

• Share the benefits of Pilates and how Club Pilates can support members health and fitness goals.

• Participate in local community events and outreach to promote the studio and generate new leads.

• Support the Studio Manager and instructors with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience required; boutique fitness or membership sales strongly preferred.

• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and closing sales.

• Organized, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced studio environment.

• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Passion for Pilates, health, and wellness.

• Availability to work Saturdays and additional weekday shifts as needed.
