Sales Associate YogaSix McKinney, TX

Compensation: $15 to $17 per hour + commission
Schedule: 2030 hours per week | Morning (8:45 AM1:15 PM), Afternoon (4:00 PM9:15 PM), and at least one weekend shift per week

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate who thrives on connection, growth, and making a difference. You'll be the first face and voice of the studio, introducing new members to the YogaSix experience, building relationships, and driving membership sales. This is a sales-focused, people-first role perfect for someone who' loves fitness, wellness, and helping others transform their lives.

What Youll Do

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential members, schedule intro classes, and follow up with leads.

  • Close sales by building rapport, addressing objections, and guiding clients to commit to memberships or class packages.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, spreading the word about YogaSix in the McKinney community.

• Deliver Exceptional Experiences

  • Provide top-tier customer service to every guest and memberwhether in person, by phone, or through email.

  • Guide new members through class options, membership details, and next steps after intro classes.

  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional studio environment.

• Support Retention & Operations

  • Manage membership questions, freezes, cancellations, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

  • Track leads, sales metrics, and member follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Who Were Looking For

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts (especially afternoon coverage).

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based rolesideally within fitness, wellness, or hospitality.

• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales independently.

• Ability to make 50+ calls daily while maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others reach their goals.

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to McKinney, TX.
