What Youll Do

• Drive membership sales by calling, texting, and following up with leads.

• Provide an exceptional first impression for walk-ins, guests, and new members.

• Confidently communicate the value of Club Pilates memberships and overcome objections related to price or commitment.

• Assist in studio events and grassroots marketing efforts to grow brand awareness in the local community.

• Support daily operations, including front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, and maintaining studio cleanliness.

• Build lasting relationships with members to promote renewals, referrals, and retention.

• Meet and exceed personal and studio sales goals through motivation and consistency.

• Willing to work at least one weekend day each week.

• Lives within a reasonable commuting distance to East Montgomery.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required (fitness industry experience is a plus).

• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads.

• Passionate about wellness, movement, and community.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
