Go Maverick Group has a client seeking a dynamic and tenacious, entry-level Sales Associate to support their strategic marketing and sales initiatives across the Public Washroom commercial market.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and presenting to people in the architectural, design, and construction communities. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and support their sales team in delivering exceptional service. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this position is instrumental in driving their growth and achieving their ambitious goals both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Learn about their products and develop an understanding of how their solutions meet the needs of various clients within the public washroom vertical.
Conduct outreach to potential architectural and construction customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Support senior sales staff with account management and follow-ups.
Attend trade shows, product training sessions, and industry events as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Leverage CRM, internal data reporting, and industry research databases to optimize sales efforts
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Public Relations, or related field
Self-motivated, dynamic individual with a sense of urgency
Excellent verbal and written communications
Proficiency creating and delivering presentations – comfortable meeting with groups of people
Well-organized with strong attention to detail, while being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Quick learner with an interest in sales and a customer service mentality.
Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally
Professional attitude, presence, and communication skills
Proficient with basic computer skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
