Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to enhance their shopping experience


• Assist customers in product selection and provide informative recommendations


• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions


• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed


• Stock shelves, replenish products as needed, and conduct regular inventory checks


• Educate customers about current sales, promotions, and product features

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred


• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously


• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management


• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software
