• Presenting the OTF concept to potential clients
• Working at the front desk and assisting members
• Providing studio tours and guiding new clients through workouts
• Selling memberships and following up with prospects
• Handling members’ concerns professionally
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring studio cleanliness and organization
