Sales Associate

GGI Group, Commercial Retail Company for clothes manufacturing and sales

·         Deal with the customer right from welcoming them to finalizing sales

·         Serve customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

·         Anticipate and react responsively and exceed customer requirements in a friendly and approachable style

·         Communicate customer requests to management

·         Arrange, organize, and display merchandise as necessary

·         Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock

·         Ensure the neat and orderly appearance of sales displays

·         Process sales transactions, returns, and ensure that all related documentation is accurate and complete

·         Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

·         Keep the Store Manager well informed of activities and significant problems.

·         Good general level of education

·         Bilingual -  should be fluent in Arabic and English

·         Experience in sales is preferable

·         Basic computer skills

·         Knowledge of customer service principles

·         Good negotiation skills

·         Motivated and energetic

Flexible, and able to work under pressure
