As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in maximizing profitability and maintaining a positive brand image within the community. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customers' needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Actively engage with customers to build rapport, understand their shopping habits, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits of various brands and products to customers.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve store goals.
  • Participate in inventory management by conducting stock counts, receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring accurate product labeling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork and cooperation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in operating POS systems.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and familiarity with premium brands is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is a plus.
