What You'll Do as a Sales Associate:

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the sales experience
• Listen to each customer's individual needs and help them select the right powersports products
• Present, demonstrate, promote, and sell products using Performance sales techniques
• Provide knowledgeable information about product features, options, and benefits
• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Establish and achieve individual and dealership sales performance goals
• Assist customers throughout the entire purchase and delivery process
• Ensure customers understand their vehicle's operating features, warranty information, and applicable paperwork at delivery
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused sales environment
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Ability to listen to customers, identify their needs, and confidently guide them through the purchasing process
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Ohio Salesperson License
