Salary Range: $50,000-55,000 with the opportunity to earn commission

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or have the desire to prove you have the raw skills to succeed in a remote-sales environment. You will play a critical role in driving sales in smaller districts including the private and parochial segment of the K-12 market, at the guidance and discretion of your Sales Director(s). Collaborating with and taking direction from the Sales Director(s) you support will be key to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize sales tactics to navigate and fill your sales pipeline, converting leads into customers, prospects into partners. 
• Manage multiple accounts while effectively using our CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to ensure cohesive strategies bringing in new business to the organization within a  target segment of the industry. 
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication skills to solve customer pain points through a consultative selling approach. 
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Independently manage daily sales tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and internal coordination to ensure seamless communication.

• Experience: Ideally 1 year in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Sales Tactics: Proficient in understanding and applying sales strategies, familiar with CRM tools, and capable of growing and cultivating a sales pipeline.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for solving customer pain points and demonstrating how a potential partnership would positively impact course instruction.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and external sales.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Attention to Detail: Especially critical for moving potential customers through the pipeline from discovery to procurement.

The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
