What You’ll Do:

• Support daily store operations, open/close the store, and handle reports


• Train and lead staff to meet sales and donation goals


• Communicate the Goodwill Mission to customers, donors, and staff and explain how the Goodwill Store, Transportation Department, and Donation Center support the mission.


• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-friendly environment


• Assist with hiring and employee development


• Be a champion of our POS and Push Systems


• Rotate opening and closing shifts with the Team Lead.


• Deliver excellent service to customers and donors every day


• Help plan and organize employees' work schedules to meet the demands and specifications of the retail POS system, Push System, store sales, and donation center needs.


• All other duties as assigned by the leadership team. 

What You’ll Need:

• Retail experience, preferably in a leadership role


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand/move for long periods


• Reliable transportation for bank deposits is required


• Valid driver’s license is required
  


• Ability to work a varied schedule and flexible hours Sunday through Saturday of each week
