🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meet with homeowners (leads are provided!) to understand their comfort needs and offer the right HVAC solutions.

• Build trust and rapport—creating raving fans with every interaction.

• Deliver clear, honest, and professional proposals for new equipment.

• Collaborate with our install team to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience.

• Stay educated on the latest products, promotions, and HVAC trends.

• Be a proud ambassador of our company’s mission and reputation in the community.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing personality that people naturally trust.

• Strong communication and presentation skills—you’re confident and genuine.

• A self-starter who’s goal-driven and thrives in a team environment.

• Basic computer skills and comfort using tools like Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan is a plus).

• HVAC knowledge or industry experience is a huge plus—but if you’re a rockstar in outside sales and ready to learn, we’ll train you.

• A clean driving record and background check (we’ll provide the company vehicle).
