What You’ll Do:
Support daily store operations by running cash register and answering customer service inquiries
Meet sales and donation goals in collaboration with your teammates
Communicate the Goodwill Mission to customers, donors, and staff and explain how the Goodwill Store, Transportation Department, and Donation Center support the mission.
Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-friendly environment
Assist with donation sorting, pricing and hanging
Be a champion of our POS and Push Systems
Rotate Sundays with the team.
Deliver excellent service to customers and donors every day
Help organize sales floor to meet the demands and specifications of the retail DGR (Donated Good retail) process.
Follow protocol for all POS system, Push System, store sales, and donation centers.
All other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
What You’ll Need:
Retail experience, preferably in the thrift industry
Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand/move for long periods
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work a varied schedule and flexible hours Sunday through Saturday of each week.
