Sales Associate - Entry Level

In this entry-level role, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations at events and high-traffic venues, helping raise awareness and funding for impactful causes. If you're outgoing, purpose-driven, and looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with the Public: Approach and educate potential donors about nonprofit missions, charitable events, and fundraising initiatives in various event and retail settings

• Build Brand Awareness: Deliver clear and compelling messaging to increase visibility for causes and support ongoing campaigns

• Drive Donations: Inspire support and collect donations through one-on-one conversations and professional relationship-building

• Support Event Operations: Collaborate with the event team to manage logistics, setup, and breakdown for onsite activations

• Maintain Donor Relationships: Help cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing supporters, sponsors, and partners

• Track & Report Activity: Collect relevant supporter data, feedback, and campaign results to contribute to strategy improvements

Preferred (But Not Required) Backgrounds

• Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience

• Volunteer work or nonprofit experience

• Sales, fundraising, or promotional events

• College coursework in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related fields
