•Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their face shape, style preferences, and prescription requirements.

•Provide in-depth product knowledge and information about lens types, coatings, and frame materials.

•Conduct thorough eye measurements and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort for customers.

•Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.

•Offer additional services, such as lens customization, repairs, and warranties, to enhance the customer experience.

•Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display by regularly restocking frames and cleaning the sales floor.

•Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.

•Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.

•Knowledge of eyewear trends, lens options, and frame brands is a plus.

•Detail-oriented and adept at conducting precise measurements and adjustments.

•Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
