- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to convert them into appointments or sales.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as community events, trade shows, or online campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in orthodontic technology to effectively communicate the value of our services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of the orthodontics or dental industry is advantageous but not mandatory: willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
