Shift Availability for Sales Associate :

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Flexibility with schedule based off of needs of PV.

Responsibilities of Sales Associate :

• Produce residential living sales to meet or exceed sales goals
• Complete the entire sales process including necessary paperwork
• Facilitate move-in process
• Support and participate in educational sales events and community outreach
• Oversee interior finishes and upgrade selection process
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications for Sales Associate:

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales required
• Knowledge of standard construction practices and building codes preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
