Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Membership and retail products to guestsAssists Studio Manager with retaining current membersConsistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needsAnswers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guestsAssist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveysPrepare guest records for treatmentsParticipate in special events to promote the studioMaintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areasMaintains quality service by enforcing organization standards

Qualifications:
