Bellows Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking full or part time Lead Generator/Customer Service Reps to generate leads for our sales team. This position will be stationed at a Costco location. The position allows flexibility but requires participation in scheduled roadshows at locations in Gilroy, Santa Cruz, Salinas and San Jose. The hourly rate starts at $18 per hour with $50 per sold piece of equipment.
In this role you will focus on promoting Bellow's HVAC programs, products and services. You will extensively engage with customers regarding program details and basic HVAC information. Candidates should be approachable, comfortable engaging potential clients and maintain a high level of customer service. Prior retail, sales or HVAC experience is helpful but not required as training will be provided. Candidates should be punctual and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
