Position Summary
*Must be available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.*
Snap Kitchen wants Sales Associate Team Members who have a head for business and a passion for results. It is a Sales Associate Team Member’s responsibility to engage with all customers; provide superb customer service, educate guests on all aspects of the business (Membership Program, Rewards Program, Referral Program), answer questions about our products and nutritional guidelines.
What you will do…
Responsible for signing customers up for Snap Pass Membership, Loyalty Program, and general education about the Snap Kitchen MissionProvide excellent customer services and supporting Snap’s mission to provide healthy convenient food
Create a warm and welcoming store environment for all guests
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Have a Sales focused mentality
Maintain overall store hygiene and cleanliness; Wiping down counters and tables, sweeping, making sure condiment station is always clean and everything is filled
Promote new and popular menu items, Snap events and in-store loyalty program
Utilize the Point-of-Sale cash system, process payments, refunds and issuing gift cards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Promote customer acquisition by way of marketing to neighboring businesses and/or organizations that fit our brand and wellness mission
Who you are…
Previous RESULTS DRIVEN customer service experience within a retail, food, or nutrition environment
A high school diploma with some college preferred
High-Level Communication Skills
1-3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing preferred
High-level drive to meet sales goals
Commitment to the ongoing success of Snap Kitchen
Passion, knowledge, and involvement in living a healthy lifestyle
Have a passion for health and great food
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to to navigate through different Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)
Ability to remain reserved in high pressure situations
Drive sales through Membership Signups, Upselling, and Community Marketing
Unpack inventory that weighs up to 50lbs

Status: Part-time, Non-exempt
