Job Description - Sales Associate - The Grove Inc.

Sales Associate - $16.50-$17/hour

Description:
Respond to customer needs and concerns in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities:

Receive/prepare accurate food orders
Collect payments for customer purchases via POS system

Skills/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communications
Ability to work calmly under pressure
1 to 3 years of restaurant experience

Requirements:

Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Able to stand for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day
Able to instantly bend, twist, or lift over shoulders on a regular basis
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of the product

Must obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment
Adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols
Pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check (airport location only)
