Sales Associate Trainee

We are a direct sales and marketing firm and are proud to be an authorized dealer of AT&T services and products. We are looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Sales Associate Trainee. We are spearheading AT&T’s growth in their local markets so this role will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the sales processes. This Sales Associate Trainee role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying their communication needs, and providing tailored AT&T solutions. 

The Sales Associate Trainee team is the heart of our business and our number one driving factor for growth. As a Sales Associate Trainee you will be the face of the company and responsible for presenting and demonstrating AT&T service solutions to new and existing customers highlighting the product value.

Sales Associate Trainee Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored solutions and support to customers to meet their wireless and internet telecommunications needs
• Maintain an up to date knowledge on all of AT&T wireless services and promotions to position products to drive revenue and exceed sales goals
• Work closely with the Sales Associate Trainee team and Management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Track the progress of leads throughout the sales cycle, scheduling follow ups and and addressing customer inquires as needed 
• Effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and achieve a high rate of client satisfaction.

Sales Associate Trainee Qualifications:
 

• Sales experience prior or customer service experience is a plus 
• Ability to adapt to and work with, various individuals external and internal to the company
• Highly adaptable, comfortable collaborating with diverse internal teams and external individuals
• Eager to learn, embraces change, adept at problem-solving and possesses a high multitasking ability
• Experience with mobile order entry is a bonus
