Sales Associate Overland Park, KS/Remote MUST:Experienced Sales Associate
Experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus
Law firm or financial experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
DUTIES:Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the team lead to develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and presentations for prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
or cross-selling.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
