Job Title: Sales Associate-Home Delivery

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate for Home Delivery Services will be responsible for assisting customers with placing home delivery orders, promoting products and services, and ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers via phone, online chat, or in-person to promote and sell products for home delivery.

· Accurately process orders, ensuring correct product selection, address verification, and delivery scheduling.

· Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

· Maintain knowledge of current promotions, delivery options, and inventory availability.

· Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

· Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

· Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

· Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

· Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales/order entry systems.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· A friendly, patient, and customer-first attitude.

Working Conditions:

· May require evening or weekend shifts depending on business hours.

· Standing or sitting for extended periods, depending on the work environment.

· Must be able to stand for long periods.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as lift or carry light products or promotional materials.
