This is an hourly position PLUS commission!

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Responsible for receiving incoming calls

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to and follow up on all customer internet inquiries via email

  
  


• 
  

  Make follow-up calls to customers

  
  


• 
  

  Assist sales managers with general business development tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Set up appointments for customers with sales reps

  
  


• 
  

  Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments

  
  


• 
  

  Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership

  
  

Qualifications 

• 
  

  Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  Great organizational skills

  The ability to multitask, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers
